Robin Henrich

robin profile

Robin’s accomplishments in the world of construction include purchasing, warehouse and inventory management, loss control, and, with the help of her part-time-sidekick, four-legged Charlie Quinn, occasional inspections. Robin’s precise attention to detail and pragmatic wit keep her teams on their toes while bearing a permanent smile! With communication being the upmost of importance, clients and teammates can depend on Robin’s skillful oversight to ensure that jobs are completed, and requests are satisfied. When asked, what can you bring to the team, Robin responded, passion! You can teach most people anything, however having passion for what you do makes all the difference in the legacy of what’s created. Also, ask her about her grandchild’s most requested meal: grilled pineapple chicken tacos.

Amanda Martin

Amanda graduated from the University of North Dakota with a business management degree. Right after college she went into restaurant management, where the hustle and bustle of the industry helped her learn a lot about prioritizing tasks and multitasking. After a while though the long nights and the difficult schedule brought her to a new career path, office management. She got a job at a home remodeling company and from there she learned a lot about pricing, permits, and general contracting information. From there brought her to Focal Point Partners. Amanda and her significant other just bought a house in Bloomington. When she’s not working on house projects, she’s on a walk with her German Shepherd, Leila. She also enjoys going to live music, working out, playing video games, and watching TV.

Charlie Quinn

D.O.G. Director of Greetings

As the Director of Greetings, my role is very important! Not only am I responsible for ensuring each Client, Vendor, Employee, Sales Rep and Delivery Person feels welcome but I also ensure that all snacks and treats are safe for consumption. What makes a successful greeter? We must possess a friendly and positive attitude! I’m well informed about the establishment so that I can assist/answer the inquiries of all who enter, and direct all to stay clear of the scary basement. Some of my best accomplishments would be watching the entrance door to monitor the area for local riffraff (commonly known as bunnies, even worse…. squirrels!). As shown in my bio photo, I follow most safety rules, however heeling between feet is a favorite of mine and can tend to be dangerous for the human not paying attention to where I’m going. If in the area, stop by! Treats are preferred upon arrival.
